Classic film reimagined in a new groundbreaking way. The Wizard of Oz presented at Nevada's Sphere on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. This is not the typical film release found in typical theaters. Instead this is 4D immersive Hypnotic Hyperspectral Hypereal cinema. Follow Dorothy's journey to the strange and wonderful world of Oz.
Step into the screen with 16K imagery projected on 160,000 square feet of 360 degree, wrap the audience LED screens and hear the beautifully remastered scores from the film all played out on Sphere's Sound. The haptic technology will also tell the story of the film with added touches of breeze, mist, fog, scents and fire bursts throughout the theater.
