The Wizard of Oz – mesmerizing Film Experience The Wizard of Oz Meet the Sphere tour experience comes to The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday, June 1st, 2026. The classic 1939 Hollywood film has been reimagined to create a highly-immersive, and visually breathtaking film experience where the viewer is transported to the iconic Land of Oz to join Dorothy, Toto, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion on their adventures along the famous Yellow Brick Road, all brought to life with all of the songs from the film such as “Follow the audio in Sphere.. and the reliving of the film in all its glory with the songs of “Over the Rainbow”, “The Yellow Brick Road” and “We’re Off to See the Wizard” in a powerful, crystal-clear epic performance of “Over the Rainbow” by Judy Garland that brings a tear to the eye of so many. The film has been restored to create a stunning contrast between the black and white of Kansas and the full color of Oz, the classic 1939 film, has been newly restored to 4K, and all the details and color have. You will be able to see all the nuances of this classic film in a way that was not Six awards including six nominations at the 4th Academy Awards where The Wizard of Oz received two Oscars for Best Original Score by Herbert Stothart and for Best Original Song For “Over the Rainbow’s” and was inducted into the National Film Registry in 1989 and is part of the greatest films of all time.
The seats are split into floor, the mezzanine, and upper seating areas, and there is also haptic technology provided in the seating.
