The Wizard of Oz – a multisensory Film Experience at The Sphere on Saturday 30th May 2026. This unique multisensory production is a re-imagining of the 1939 film classic which will take the audience members on an amazing film adventure to the magical world of Oz. The production is a debut at The Sphere where one of the most seminal works of cinema will be brought to life using the latest technology to reproduce the scenes and songs from this most beloved of films such as ‘Over the Rainbow’, ‘Follow the Yellow Brick Road’ and ‘We’re Off to See the Wizard’ and all the other iconic scenes from this classic movie including ‘Ding-Dong! The Witch is Dead’ and ‘If I Only Had a Brain’ and many more in a powerful and original way that is true to the original production and will also introduce this classic production to a whole new audience. A timeless film of friendship that has captivated audiences all across the USA and the rest of the world for decades.
Iconic scenes from the film such as Dorothy’s arrival in Munchkinland, her beloved ruby slippers, the legendary Emerald City and more will be presented in breathtaking new quality. The Wizard of Oz film experience will be taking place at The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Sphere is a revolutionary venue with an enormous LED screen that completely surrounds the interior of the venue. It provides a 360 degree viewing experience of any show.
